"Typeset" Scrapbooking Workshop, 9/24

These pictures aren't great, but they do give you an idea of what we will make at the Typeset workshop on 9/24. There are so many fun techniques to learn at this one! Dimensional stars, pearl paint, I used the spray pen with the pearl paint, and the cool new embellies! Please let me know if you are interested in this workshop.

Can you believe this card is made with a Halloween stamp set??

I decided to try to come up with alternative ways to use this month's Stamp of the Month set, Wicked. I'm not a big Halloween fan, but I have to say this is one of the cuter Halloween sets I've seen. I loved the background stamp and used it with some of the colors of the new "Dreamin" paper - Pacifica, Goldrush, and Chocolate. I made the Pacifica flower using the new CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge! So easy and it's cute too!! The Stamp of the Month set is $17.95 or $5 with a $50 purchase. You can see the set here.

"Sonoma" Scrapbooking Workshop 8/27, 2-5PM

At the Sonoma Workshop on 8/27, we will put together 6 2 page layouts using the Sonoma paper and embellishments. We will also complete the techniques from the Workshop on the Go. Please contact me by 8/13 if you are interested in participating so we can order your supplies in time for the workshop. We would love to have you join us!

"Mischief" Scrapbook Workshop Layouts + Banner!

This workshop will be Saturday, September 10th. We will make the Workshop on the go layout, and the additional layout. If you would like to make the banner too, you can purchase the My Creations banner in addition to the Workshop on the Go and I will provide the materials to make the "Autumn" side of the banner for free! We will complete this project after the scrapbook layouts.

I love the WOTG layout, and with the additional layout I made it more of a fall layout instead of Halloween by using different sides of the paper and adding the Compliments rub-ons that are so cute! Please let me know if you are interested in attending this workshop so we can order the supplies for you.

New Idea Book Open House August 13th!

Card Workshop 6/25

Come and learn how to make this really cute card box and card set on Saturday, June 25th at 2:00PM. We will use random stamping on the box and cards, and you will learn how to use the Martha Stewart score board to not only make the box but also to score cardstock and sand it to add interest. Cost of the workshop is $7 and includes all supplies. Please bring scor tape, heavy adhesive or glue dots if you have them. These help to make the box stronger. Hope to see you then!

Mother's Day Cards

These are the Mother's Day cards I made for my grandmothers this year. I used the Sophia paper pack and a Wishes pattern. The carnation is made using the scallop circle punch and blush cardstock. I hope they like them!
