"Mischief" Scrapbook Workshop Layouts + Banner!

This workshop will be Saturday, September 10th. We will make the Workshop on the go layout, and the additional layout. If you would like to make the banner too, you can purchase the My Creations banner in addition to the Workshop on the Go and I will provide the materials to make the "Autumn" side of the banner for free! We will complete this project after the scrapbook layouts.

I love the WOTG layout, and with the additional layout I made it more of a fall layout instead of Halloween by using different sides of the paper and adding the Compliments rub-ons that are so cute! Please let me know if you are interested in attending this workshop so we can order the supplies for you.

New Idea Book Open House August 13th!

Stop by to pick up your copy of the Close to My Heart 2011 Autumn/Winter Idea Book! There are so many new exciting products this time! There will be a free make n' take, lots of projects to show the new products, and giveaways! The open house will be from 2-4PM Saturday, August 13th.

Card Workshop 6/25

Come and learn how to make this really cute card box and card set on Saturday, June 25th at 2:00PM. We will use random stamping on the box and cards, and you will learn how to use the Martha Stewart score board to not only make the box but also to score cardstock and sand it to add interest. Cost of the workshop is $7 and includes all supplies. Please bring scor tape, heavy adhesive or glue dots if you have them. These help to make the box stronger. Hope to see you then!

Mother's Day Cards

These are the Mother's Day cards I made for my grandmothers this year. I used the Sophia paper pack and a Wishes pattern. The carnation is made using the scallop circle punch and blush cardstock. I hope they like them!

More Mayberry Layouts

I didn't think I would like this paper, but once I started using it I couldn't stop! It went well with my Lake Powell pictures and the pop of pink is just enough to brighten the greens and browns. The workshop using this paper is coming up in June.

Mayberry Workshop

I just received the new token alphabet stamp set today and couldn't wait to finish this layout. This is the Mayberry workshop on the go, which I adjusted a bit for my pictures. This workshop is scheduled for 6/11. This paper is so cute and I love the stamp set in the workshop kit, I just didn't use it much on my layout. I will post other pictures using it in the next few months.

Sophia Scrapbooking Workshop, 4/2

The Sophia scrapbooking workshop is next Saturday, 4/2 from 2-5PM. We will make 7 layouts using this very cute paper! The cost is $15 which includes the level 2 paper pack and the additional cardstock needed to complete the layouts. I have one extra set of paper available, so please contact me if you are interested in participating!
